We are a family owned small business that is a Limited Liability Company, that is licensed with the state of North Carolina as an active and operating LLC. We are also insured for your and our safety as we provide lawn service to the Greensboro Metro Area and most of Guilford County. This small family owned and operated business was started by a Randy Woody a firefighter with 32 years of service to the local community. He serves as CEO and President of 5 Alarm Lawn services, LLC along with his children and his wife Paula who serves as the CMO and VP of the company. Our family provides you a service that is dedicated to quality ethical work and who has 26 years of experience in the lawn service industry. We do not have set office hours, more importantly we do not leave at 5pm because we're on a time clock. We will work until the sun goes down or later if we have to in order to complete the job for your guaranteed satisfaction.

How we perform your "FREE" estimates
When you call for a free estimate, we don't just come to your home or business to walk around then just guess at a price of what we should provide you your lawn care services for. We actually take time to utilize satellites and measure only the part of your lawn that we will actually be mowing, which is grass not woods and natural areas. Then we also physically come to your property to be sure we didn't include wooded areas in the GIS measurements, there is no reason to charge you areas that we aren't mowing. All of this is no charge and is included in your "Free Estimate", you will never be billed for an estimate whether you do or decide not to accept the Estimate. GPS Lawn Measurement
When taking measurements, we utilize google maps and Guilford County GIS, along with a state of the art lawn measuring web based software that is intertwined with them. This is to measure only the parts that we actually mow of your lawn. We also perform a a physical visit to your property to be sure what we see from the satellites is a correct measurement of your lawn not your property lines. All of this is included in your free estimate.
